- Returns and Cancellation (Distance Selling / Cooling-Off Period)
In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, customers purchasing goods through distance selling (including online, email, or telephone orders) have the right to cancel their order within 7 (seven) days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
The 7-day cooling-off period begins on the day after the goods are delivered.
If you wish to cancel your order, written notice must be provided to us via email. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted.
Returned items must:
• Be received by our warehouse within 7 days of the cancellation notice
• Be unopened and unused
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Be in a resalable condition
Unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, all return shipping costs will be for the customer's account.
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund or exchange in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
- Wholesale / Business Purchases – Returns Policy
All products supplied by us to wholesale customers, retailers, distributors, or any business purchasing for resale or commercial purposes are sold on a firm sale basis.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, transactions where goods are purchased for the purpose of resale or in the ordinary course of business do not qualify for the consumer “cooling-off” provisions applicable to individual consumers.
Accordingly, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for wholesale or business purchases unless:
- The goods supplied are materially defective;
• The goods supplied are incorrect due to an error on our part; or
• The goods were damaged prior to delivery.
Any claim relating to defective, incorrect, or damaged goods must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, together with supporting photographs and the relevant invoice number.
Asprey Holdings (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to inspect, collect, and verify the goods before approving any replacement or credit.
No goods may be returned without prior written authorization from us.
Returned goods that are approved must be:
• Unused and in original packaging
• In resalable condition

If any item in your order is missing or incorrect, notify us, in writing, within 2 days of receipt of goods. We will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly.
- Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be returned unless they are defective:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products not returned in their original packaging
- Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
